Task 3
After presenting our work on Task 2, we received feedback showing areas for improvement and aspects we had overlooked. Taking this input into account, we refined our research and documentation and progress on to Task 3.

Task 4
The inspiration for this app came from the need to make pet care easier and more organized for busy pet owners. The app combines features like care tracking, reminders, and interactive elements inspired by the design of Tamagotchi to keep users engaged while caring for their pets. But after further designing, we kind of felt that its too much and will look complicated, so instead we went with a more simplistic way.

The final stage involved transforming the low-fidelity wireframes into a high-fidelity prototype with:
- Visual Design: Incorporating a color palette, typography, and iconography that reflected the playful and caring nature of the app.
- Interactive Elements: Adding animations and transitions to make the app feel dynamic and engaging.
- Polishing Details: Ensuring consistency in design elements and refining every screen to look polished and professional.

With those done, to ensure the design resonated with users, I conducted usability testing with a small group of pet owners. Their feedback helped me make final adjustments, such as optimizing button placements and enhancing the onboarding experience.

Reflection
Designing this app has been a rewarding journey. Starting with low-fidelity sketches allowed me to focus on the app’s functionality and purpose, while gradually moving to high fidelity helped me refine the visual and interactive aspects. Each stage brought new insights, teaching me the importance of iteration and user feedback. By staying focused on the goal of simplifying pet care, I was able to create a design that is both functional and delightful.
